Application procedure


1. Application Form and Fee

To apply for admission to St. Michael School, please complete the appropriate forms listed below.

 

All Students: Admissions Application

Student Transcript Release

And: 
Kindergarten: Student Evaluation Kindergarten
Grade 1-5: Student Evaluation Grades 1-5
Grade 6-8: Student Evaluation Grades 6-8

Student Questionnaire Grades 6-8

Be sure to include the following:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Sacramental Certificates (Catholic applicants)
  • Testing and/or screening reports for giftedness, learning disabilities, ADD, ADHD, etc.
  • Non-refundable application fee of $25.00

 

2. Entrance Exam

After the school receives the completed application forms and supporting documentation, the school will contact you to arrange an

entrance exam.

 

3. Deadline

The deadline for applications is March 1 for new students. Applications received after this date will be considered on a space

available basis.

 

4. Decisions

The school will notify you of admission decision by April 1 for applications received on or before March 1.

 

5. Enrollment Contract

Enrollment contracts will be sent to students accepted into the school. Completed contracts with deposit must be returned the school by

April 30 in order to reserve a place for you.
